PracticeHire is operated by Cerebra Enterprises, LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the PracticeHire app and website.
Information We Collect
- Account information provided through Sign in with Apple, such as your name and email when Apple shares it with us.
- Hiring and profile content you submit, including job posts, temp coverage requests, candidate profile details, intro requests, promotion requests, and related contact details.
- App activity needed to run the service, such as saved jobs, hidden jobs, posting status, response status, transaction identifiers, listing reports, and support messages.
- Notification information needed to deliver app updates you have not read yet, including your account email address when email digests are enabled.
- Approximate location information when you choose location-based features, such as nearby temp coverage search.
- Technical information needed to protect and operate the service, such as request logs, device or browser details, and security signals.
How We Use Information
- Provide dental job search, temp coverage, posting, Talent Pool, candidate intro, and promotion features.
- Keep private contact details controlled until the app workflow allows them to be shared.
- Review submitted hiring and promotional content, prevent abuse, and protect service reliability.
- Verify App Store purchases and maintain billing, credit, and support records.
- Send transactional app notifications, including unread notification email digests and hiring workflow updates.
- Respond to support requests, review listing reports, and improve the PracticeHire experience.
How Information Is Shared
We share submitted hiring and candidate information only as needed to provide the app features you use. For example, public job details may be shown to jobseekers, temp responses may be shown to the posting practice, and candidate contact details are shared after a candidate accepts an intro request.
We use service providers for sign-in, App Store purchases, service hosting and operations, security, and transactional email delivery. We do not sell personal information.
Your Choices
- You can update account, job, temp coverage, and Talent Pool information in the app where available.
- You can choose whether to join the Talent Pool and whether to accept or decline candidate intro requests.
- You can choose notification categories and turn email digests on or off in the app's notification settings.
- You can disable location permissions in iOS Settings.
- You can delete your account from in-app Settings using Delete Account.
- You can contact support for help accessing or correcting information, or for deletion help if you cannot access the app.
Retention and Security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for the information we process.
Children
PracticeHire is intended for dental hiring and career workflows. It is not directed to children.
Privacy Requests
Use Settings > Delete Account in the app to delete your account and associated app data. Use the in-app support area or email support for access, correction, or deletion help if you cannot access the app.
