Terms & Advertiser Agreement
PracticeHire Terms of Use
Effective: August 3, 2026
These Terms govern use of the PracticeHire app and website operated by Cerebra Enterprises, LLC. By using PracticeHire, creating an account, or purchasing an advertising campaign, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
PracticeHire Is an Advertising Software Service
PracticeHire provides dental job-search, job-advertising, alert, map, and campaign-management software. PracticeHire is not a staffing agency, employment agency, recruiter, placement agency, employer of record, payroll provider, credentialing organization, or party to an employment relationship. PracticeHire does not select, recommend, rank, assign, dispatch, confirm, employ, pay, insure, credential, supervise, or control workers.
Employer Responsibility
Employer-authored advertising is available only to organizations advertising bona fide openings for their own workplaces unless PracticeHire separately approves a licensed partner. The advertiser represents that it is authorized to act for the hiring organization and is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of each listing.
The employer independently handles applications, interviews, candidate evaluation, license and credential checks, background screening, worker classification, contracts, compensation, payroll, taxes, insurance, workers' compensation, workplace safety, supervision, and all hiring decisions. PracticeHire does not verify that a candidate is qualified or that an employer or opening is suitable.
Direct Applications
An employer must supply its own application website or designated application email. Selecting Apply takes the professional to that employer-controlled destination. PracticeHire does not receive or decide the outcome of the application and does not guarantee that an employer will respond.
Advertising Campaigns and Purchases
A single employer-authored job campaign costs $99 and is scheduled for up to 45 days unless it is closed earlier, rejected, or otherwise stated at purchase. Discounted multi-post packages and optional featured advertising may be offered in the app. Purchases are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple's purchase terms.
Advertising availability may vary by worksite state, occupation, career area, and employment type. PracticeHire checks availability before payment and may decline, pause, reject, or remove a listing when required by law, policy, safety, or these Terms. Purchasing advertising does not guarantee views, applications, interviews, or a hire.
Acceptable Listings
Listings must describe one genuine opening, identify the actual hiring organization, provide accurate pay and worksite information where required, and comply with employment, pay-transparency, anti-discrimination, accessibility, privacy, and advertising laws. Advertisers may not post misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, duplicate, fee-charging, multi-level-marketing, or confidential-employer listings, or collect information unrelated to a legitimate application.
Source-Linked Jobs
PracticeHire may display source-linked job advertisements published by employers or other permitted sources. The linked source controls its content and application process. PracticeHire may correct, expire, or remove source-linked listings but does not guarantee that every external listing remains available or accurate.
Discontinued Features
Separate temp-coverage responses and confirmations, searchable candidate profiles, candidate introductions, contact unlocking, and in-app application relay are discontinued. Historical activity may remain available for transaction support, account history, security, disputes, legal compliance, or data-retention administration, but no new activity is offered through those workflows.
Accounts, Enforcement, and Availability
You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account. PracticeHire may review content, request corrections, suspend access, remove content, or end service access for fraud, abuse, legal risk, policy violations, nonpayment, or threats to the service. Features may change or be unavailable in particular markets.
Disclaimers and Limits
PracticeHire is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Employment and advertising decisions involve independent third parties. Cerebra Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for an employer's or applicant's acts, application decisions, workplace conditions, compensation, classification, credentials, or compliance. Nothing in PracticeHire is legal, employment, tax, credentialing, or professional advice.
Contact and Changes
Use the in-app Billing & Support area or the Support page with questions. We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
